LoRa

LoRaWAN is a revolutionary low power wide area network (LPWAN) communication protocol that provides a seamless wireless connectivity between physical objects and the Internet.
LoRa has great potential for the coming periods, especially in the application of IoT technologies. LoRa technology utilises different radio frequency bands specifically defined for each zone. LoRa provides connectivity up to 15 kilometres in open areas. Indoors, it can cover an area with a radius of 1-2 kilometres, depending on the metal and radio frequency density in the surrounding area. LoRa technology offers the most suitable solution for applications where the size of the data received from sensors is small to medium.
